The first meeting of the year was held on Tuesday, September 1 at 6:30 pm at a member's home. The HLWC Executive Board shared a little HLWC history, and also shared plans for the upcoming year. Bebo shared what the Welcoming Committee has been doing to welcome new residents to Highland Lakes.

We had 82 women at the meeting, which probably set a new record. Each member received a calendar and directory along with a sterling silver bracelet to commemorate our 25th anniversary. If you are a woman ages 18 and up and live in Highland Lakes, Dunnavent Place, or the Village at Highland Lakes and would like information on joining, please contact us.
