The HLWC is a group of neighborhood women who enjoy getting together to socialize and to serve the local community in a variety of ways. Membership is open to residents of Highland Lakes, Dunnavant Place, and The Village at Highland Lakes. Membership for the year is only $30. The meetings take place the first Tuesday of the month from September through June unless otherwise posted. We meet in members' homes or at local businesses. Our meetings run September through June. Please join us for food, fellowship, and philanthropy! Our next meeting is Tuesday, May 6th at one of our member's homes. It is our annual Fashion Show, and we are excited to have our members fashioned by The Clotherie Boutique located at 450 Inverness Cors, Birmingham, AL 35242. Please contact us if you would like more information. The HLWC is open to all women living in Highland Lakes, Dunnavant Place, and The Village at Highland Lakes.
The HLWC Charity Backyard and Garden Tour is Saturday, June 7 from 12 pm to 3 pm. Tickets are $25 and proceeds from the tour benefit The American Cancer Society Birmingham Hope Lodge.
